JESUS, thank YOU FOR SAVING Us. JESUS, thank You For YOUR DEATH {LUKE 23} AND RESURRECTION {LUKE 24}. When JESUS SUFFERED DURING HIS mock Trial {MATTHEW 26:66-66}, BEATINGS, WHIPPING'S {1 PETER 2:24 }, AND CRUCIFIXION {MATTHEW 27}, IT IS NOTED IN TODAY'S GOSPEL HOLY BIBLE VERSE, That HIS SUFFERINGS MADE HIM PERFECT.
And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross! - PHILIPPIANS 2:8
Let's Faith it. JESUS CHRIST HAS ALWAYS BEEN LORD AND GOD {JOHN 20:28}. HE WAS ALWAYS PERFECT. However, this being "made perfect through sufferings", means, as the desiring God website concurs that through obedience to the FATHER, HE WAS PERECT IN EVERY WAY, EVEN TO THE DEATH OF THE CROSS {PHILIPPIANS 2:8}.
With this in mind, we can also be made perfect (i.e. - meaning "mature") through the things ALMIGHTY JESUS ALLOWS Us to go through. Let's look at the life of the beloved Apostle Paul for instance.
When Our LORD AND GOD JESUS {JOHN 20:28} MET the Apostle Paul then known as Saul of Tarsus {ACTS 9:11}, on the Damascus Road, because JESUS SHINED SO BRIGHT {ACTS 9:1-3}, EVEN BRIGHTER THAN THE sun {ACTS 26:13} Saul's eyes were blinded {ACTS 9:7-9}.
However, when JESUS CALLED HIS Disciple Ananias to pray over Saul, that he would receive his sight {ACTS 9:11-12}, JESUS TOLD Ananias, that, the Apostle Paul must suffer many things for JESUS' Sake {ACTS 9:16}.
So my "dear friend {3 JOHN 1}, if you are undergoing a heavy trial today in your Faith walk unto JESUS {2 CORINTHIANS 5:7}, please, although difficult at times, keep looking unto JESUS, the AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF Our FAITH, WHO FOR THE JOY SET BEFORE HIM, ENDURED THE CROSS DESPISING THE SHAME, AND WHO I SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF THE THRONE OF GOD {HEBREWS 12:1-2}.
Thus, this my "Dear friend {3 JOHN 1}", is as with the Billy Graham Foundation's Declaration, is "always good news.: IN JESUS' NAME {JOHN 14:13}. "Dear children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen." "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen. "The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen. {REVELATION 22:21}"
