Praise JESUS!!!!! With my late Dad and Friend, The Reverend James Oliver McMorris Sr., Pastor for some 46 years of MOUNT ZION BAPTIST CHURCH, having raised my sister and I, with the help of his help-meet {GENESIS 2:18} my Mother in THE FEAR OF THE LORD {ACTS 9:31}, THE FOUNDATION HE LAID, THE WORD OF GOD {MARK 7:13} WAS INGRAINED INTO Our psyche and hearts from infant up to adulthood.
Let's faith it. We all desire that our children do not make the same mistakes that we have. It is evident that, as I raise my children along with my faith-filled wife , we desire to give our 10 children all of the WISDOM OF THE LORD JESUS FOUND IN THE HOLY BIBLE THATY we can in order that when they face trials and tribulations simply called "life", they will be able to stand of even footing and overcome every obstacle or adverse circumstance that comes their way.
In Today's HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED HOLY BIBLE VERSE {2 PETER 1:21} we see the Wisest man to every walk the face of the planet, other than Our CREATOR AND GOD HIMSELF JESUS, Pen that we are to train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart.
This essentially means as with the Divinity class at the late Chancellor Pat Robertson's Regent University, that, though our children may stray from the beaten path, they will always come back HOME TO JESUS and HE WILL GET Their lives straight, making them the vessels unto honor HE HAS SO LOVINGLY DESIRED Them to be.
So, my "dear friend {3 JOHN 1}", let's be certain that we rear our children in the FEAR OF THE LORD JESUS {ACTS 19:17}. We, no matter the age, are always ALMIGHTY GOD'S {2 SAMUEL 7:27} Children, if we've Accepted HIS ONE AND ONLY SON THE LORD JESUS {JOHN 3:16-17}. As ALMIGHTY JESUS' {GENESIS 48:3} BELOVED Children, we are at Times Chastised BY Our HEAVENLY FATHER {HEBREWS 12:6}, just as we chastise our beloved children {HEBREWS 12:7}.
Just as Our HEAVENLY FATHER DOES THIS FOR Our good {ROMANS 8:28}, we Chastise our children for their good as well {HEBREWS 12:7}. And that my "dear friend {3 JOHN 1}", is the Gospel {MARK 1:1 - HOLY BIBLE - KING JAMES VERSION}, very "Good News {PROVERBS 25:25}".
